We charge by the square-footage of the residence. If you’d like to add the garage, there is a small additional fee of $50. Front and back porch is an additional $25.

On average, around 2 days or so. However, properties located further away as well spring and summer session (busier times) are instances that may require more advanced notice. In general, it’s best to reach out and book your appointment as soon as you known when a property will be tour-ready.

This depends greatly on the size of the home and consideration of any special instructions given. However, most homes under 4000 square feet should only take an hour or less to complete. Home prep also contributes significantly. Please ensure that all cleaning, staging and moving of items is completed prior to your appointment time.

No! I am very comfortable completing solo virtual tour sessions and always leave a home as it was upon arrival. I understand that time is precious in this business so there’s no need to feel as if you must be present. Please detail any special instructions when booking an appointment.

Currently our turnaround time is 48 hours. We do have a 24 hour rush fee of $45.

When your Matterport is delivered, there will be a Quickbooks link at the bottom of the email to complete payment. Please make checks payable to Image LLC.

I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to change or reschedule your appointment. However, I understand that unforeseen situations arise when listing a property so please let me know if the situation is beyond your control. However, if I arrive at the property and it is not tour ready and you wish to reschedule there will be a flat fee of $150.
